The Techome Backpack Pet Carrier is a great way to transport your pet when you are out walking, on holiday or on your way to the vet. There is plenty of room for cats and small dogs and they will feel safe and comfortable when snuggled up in this backpack carrier.

 

The backpack carrier has a large, pop-up mesh roof. This allows your pet to see what is happening outside and it will not feel closed in or restricted. On the front of the carrier there is a further entry option which also has a mesh insert so your pet can look out.

The sturdy carrier base is covered with soft Sherpa plush. The removable, cosy mat creates a very comfortable place for your pet to snuggle down. The padded door flap can be opened out to provide an additional area for your pet to lie down and there is an integrated short lead to keep your dog from jumping out.

Your dog will love travelling in the Techome Backpack Carrier and both of you will appreciate the stress-free journeys.

The Backpack Carrier is made from strong polyester and weights very little when empty. It is pleasant to carry and there is plenty of storage space for small objects in the side pockets. The wide, padded ergonomic backpack straps are very comfortable and there is an additional snap buckle waist strap to make sure the backpack is secure and does not slip around. All in all a great way to carry your pet around while keeping your hands free for other things and protecting your back

A protective hood for mesh roof is also included, so your pet will stay nice and dry if it should start to rain. The cover is easy to attach with press studs. The Techome Backpack Pet Carrier folds away for space-saving storage.

Will there be a shipping confirmation once the order is placed?
Once an order transaction has been completed a confirmation will be sent to you via email.

I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one?
We have multiple manufacturing sites, some of which only focus on creating specific items. Because of this, it is possible that you may receive an item separately from the rest if you ordered products that come from two different sites. So rest assured if all items from your order do not arrive at once....the rest of your order is on its way!

How can i contact you?
We have a contact form on our website that allows you to reach us directly. Otherwise, you may contact us by emailing info@stonefallsales.com. Please ensure that you white list our email address, otherwise important notifications may be trapped by your email providers spam filter

How do I track my package?
We provide our customers with a tracking number after their purchase has been processed which can be tracked through the USPS tracking website. Due note that it takes 3-7 days for the tracking information to be updated to their website

I did not get a tracking number, what do i do?
Once your order has been completely processed, we will email you a tracking number (typically within 3-4 days of your purchase). If you did not get a tracking number after 6 days of your order you can simply request yours via email (info@stonefallsales.com) and we will gladly you provide you with one.
